War Crime in Broad Daylight: UAF Purposefully Fired ATGM at Civilian Car (PHOTO, VIDEO)

The press service of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the LPR told “Russian Spring” the details of the shelling by Ukrainian troops of a car with civilians near the village Dolgoe.
“On 25.01.17 at 13:32, aimed fire that was opened at a civilian car of the brand “Niva” that was traveling to the settlement Dolgoe, according to preliminary data, came from an anti-tank guided missile system,” reported the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications with reference to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the LPR.
As a result of the shelling, one person died (burnt to death – ed). The Ministry of Emergency Situations of LPR and the team of the investigation department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of LPR of Slavyanoserbsk district are at work at the scene.
At the moment the identities of those who also suffered as a result of the shelling are being established. Investigators of the Prosecutor’s Office held an inspection of the scene, and material evidence was collected.
“Later on the collected materials will be sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the LPR in order to be added to the criminal case opened upon genocide against civilians of the Republic,” emphasized the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.
The village Dolgoe belongs to the Slavyanoserbsk district of the Lugansk People’s Republic. It is located on the right river bank of the Seversky Donets River, on a watercourse between the settlements Zheltoye and Slavyanoserbsk. The distance from the center of Lugansk is 26 km, and it is 1 km from Route P66 (“Bakhmutka”). To the North of the settlement, on the riverbed of the Seversky Donets, the line of demarcation of forces in Donbass passes through. ?
